 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or lack of stock.

3. Shipping and Delivery

 Delivery times are estimates. Elitebel Air Supply is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (courier companies) or weather conditions.

 The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Warranties

 Parts must be installed by certified technicians. Elitebel Air Supply is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect or improper installation.

 Returns are accepted within [30] days of purchase, provided the part has not been installed and is in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
