Return Period: We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Electrical Parts: Due to the nature of electronic components, electrical parts (such as capacitors, circuit boards, or motors) that have been installed or tested are not eligible for return.

Installation: We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by certified technicians. Damages resulting from incorrect installation void the warranty and the right to return.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error made by Elitebel Air Supply.
